For a nominal deposit, we will add a LandAirSea 54 GPS Tracker which will get GPS coordinate updates every 3-5 minutes.
The GPS Tracker will be discreetly packed with your most valuable specimen. We recommend this product for expensive or emotionally valuable specimens. Upon its return, you will get your deposit back minus $5 for the tracking fee!
While recovery isn't guaranteed, as soon as you recognize a loss or theft, you can:
- Sign into the tracking site and see the location of the package every 3 minutes
- See the last known location
- Deliver the GPS evidence to authorities to aid in actual recovery of items
- Aids in insurance claims
When you receive your package with the LandAirSea 54 GPS Tracker, simply stick it in the return mailer, and when we receive it, you will get your deposit back minus a $5 tracking fee!
TERMS and CONDITIONS
- LandAirSea 54 GPS Tracker must be returned to The Crystalary to receive your deposit back.
- A $5 tracking fee is included in the deposit which will not be returned. This is to help cover the cost of GPS subscription and tracking.
- This is provided as a service to help aid in recovery. Recovery of assets is not guaranteed.
- GPS results should never be used for illegal purposes. GPS should be utilized in accordance with law enforcement for recovery and with insurance.
- GPS is not an exact location service. This is an approximation.
- If package loss occurs, deposit will be returned for LandAirSea 54 GPS Tracker. The Crystalary will assist as much as possible in recovery but cannot guarantee recovery. It is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with local law enforcement to recover asset with data provided by LandAirSea 54 GPS Tracker. The Crystalary is not local and therefore cannot make police reports, etc.
- It is still customer responsibility to coordinate with insurance and local police to recover asset and monies for lost packages.
- The Crystalary is not responsible for LandAirSea 54 GPS Tracker technical faults, lost connections, wifi issues, or GPS outages.

Shipping
Shipping Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and can be purchased at checkout. We no longer reimburse for missing, broken, or stolen packages. If a package is missing, broken, or stolen, claims must go through purchased Shipping Insurance. We cannot control what the USPS or UPS does with packages once they leave the shop which is why we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shipping Insurance.
