A very nice Amazonite crystal from the Lake George area of Colorado, displaying the saturated blue-green coloration that makes Colorado amazonite so immediately recognizable.
This feldspar crystal has a bold, blocky form with a broad termination and beautiful natural growth striations running across its faces. The color ranges from softer seafoam and pale turquoise to areas of deep, vivid blue-green, with the strongest saturation concentrated along portions of the crystal's exterior.
