This piece has a wonderful geode-like architecture, with Celestine crystals emerging at different levels from pockets and cavities across the specimen. The larger crystals display attractive blocky to tabular forms with soft blue-gray coloration, translucent interiors, and bright vitreous faces. Several show excellent surface striations that become particularly noticeable as the specimen is moved beneath the light.
