A classic uranium mineral specimen from New Mexico featuring vivid lemon-yellow Tyuyamunite richly distributed across a gray-brown crystalline matrix. The Tyuyamunite occurs as bright coatings as well as concentrated crystalline aggregates within cavities, including attractive radiating and rosette-like clusters. The extraordinary yellow coloration contrasts sharply against the darker matrix and makes the mineralization very easy to see.
