An attractive Grossular Garnet crystal displaying a soft, pale champagne-pink coloration with subtle cream and beige undertones. Grossular is a calcium-aluminum member of the garnet group, occurring in a wide range of colors, including green, orange, pink, and nearly colorless varieties. It commonly forms in calcium-rich metamorphic environments, particularly where limestone or other carbonate rocks have undergone alteration. Chihuahua, Mexico, is a recognized source of grossular garnet specimens, including pale-colored crystals valued for their distinctive crystal forms and subtle coloration.
